Justworks is seeking a Senior International Onboarding Specialist to own end-to-end setup for global hires, ensuring Day 1 readiness and local enrollment compliance. You will work with Sales, Legal, and Product to optimize the onboarding journey for customers and employees.

You will drive process improvements across functions, propose additional services, and support expansions into new markets with a growth mindset and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in onboarding or implementation, with 1–2 years in the EOR industry or international hiring.
• Strong consultative communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Notion is a plus.
• Multilingual fluency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full technical and operational setup for international hires, including employment agreements and local enrollments.
• Lead implementation phases, identify needs, and recommend supplemental services.
• Improve onboarding journeys and drive efficiency across workers and admins.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Product.
• Drive automation to optimize workflows and reduce delays.
• Guide admins through country nuances and support expansions into new markets.
