SpotOn, Inc. is seeking an Associate Trainer to support onboarding of new CX team members. You will help deliver the standard Week 1 curriculum and assist with facilitator-led sessions in Weeks 2–4, managing scheduling, credentials, and trainee documentation.

You will also help with ongoing training, content updates, and collaboration with SMEs and Enablement Partners to align with operational needs. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and experience in customer success or SaaS are preferred.

Formación

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional methods.
• Experience in customer success or related roles (minimum 1 year).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Documentation and record-keeping proficiency.
• Collaboration and teamwork across stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in training materials.
• Adaptability to changing operational needs and timelines.
• Experience in fintech/SaaS environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver onboarding Core Curriculum to new CX hires.
• Assist with scheduling, credential setup, and onboarding logistics.
• Document trainee progress and completion checklists.
• Support hands-on exercises, simulations, and role-plays.
• Deliver refresher or ad-hoc training upon request.
• Maintain and update training materials for operations.
