Job summary

Necodex seeks a skilled Trainer to support our team in delivering excellent service through effective training for back-office staff. You will focus on enhancing skills, efficiency, and knowledge to align with company standards and operations.

Responsibilities include designing training programs, onboarding new hires, conducting refresher courses, documenting processes, and evaluating trainee progress. You will collaborate with clinical and other departments to ensure seamless patient service,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer in operations or admin.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; Level C1.
• Must possess a valid VISA.
• Can-do attitude with availability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for back-office operations.
• Oversee onboarding for new back-office staff.
• Conduct refresher courses, skills updates, and process improvement training.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and process documentation.
