Job summary

Concentrix in Mexico City is seeking a Trainer II to deliver client-focused training for new hires, product updates, and ongoing training programs. You will mentor junior trainers, review curricula, and evaluate programs to ensure top-notch workforce readiness and service delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced training classroom, coordinating with Operations to ensure agents transition smoothly to production and meet performance metrics. English required, full-time on site in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven experience in training methodologies, and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction of agents in the training classroom and monitor student progress.
• Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills with various training delivery methods.
• Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
• Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
• Support Operations to transition agents from training to production when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge by attending client and cross-functional meetings and observing.
• Ensure effective communication with managers, peers, and clients.
• Assist Instructional Design in designing and developing training materials for multiple formats.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback methods and surveys.
• Recommend curriculum modifications based on internal feedback and Training Needs Analysis.
