The ideal candidate has 3+ years in training within a BPO, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt content to fast-paced environments. English language required.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a training role.
• Strong BPO background, specifically in training.
• Solid understanding of inbound accounts and contact center operations.
• High level of experience facilitating training in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver classroom and/or virtual training for inbound customer support agents.
• Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs within a BPO environment.
• Ensure agents are fully prepared to handle inbound accounts effectively.
• Adapt training content to meet operational needs and performance standards.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to align training with business objectives.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
