Job summary

OurClient is seeking an Internal Trainer to deliver established learning solutions that enhance competencies across Service Operations, including supervisory and professional learners. The role uses technical expertise to plan, design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and materials.

You will analyze performance gaps, drive learning outcomes with stakeholders, and ensure a positive learner experience through LMS guidance and program enhancements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred in business, education, or related field.
• 2+ years of Learning & Development/training experience.
• Experience in training facilitation.
• 1+ year of contact center experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in insurance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and facilitate learning for all learning audiences.
• Influence positive behavior change to drive business results.
• Manage training session oversight and provide feedback to trainees.
• Coordinate training schedules and guest speakers/support resources.
• Utilize LMS to deliver a seamless learning experience.
• Lead meetings and report on training results and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve learning solutions.
