Concentrix is seeking a Trainer II to deliver client-focused training for new hires and product updates at the Mexico City site. The trainer will mentor others, review curricula, and maintain certification in the Trainer Certification Program.

The role includes coaching, measurement of training outcomes, and collaboration with Operations to ensure smooth transitions to production. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication, and experience with training

• Bachelor's Degree in related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and classroom tools

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day training for agents within the classroom environment
• Deliver client-focused training for new hires and product updates
• Prepare and present training materials and demonstrations
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback and metrics
• Collaborate with Operations to transition trainees to production
• Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in client meetings
