Tential Solutions is seeking a Systems Solutions Analyst I to evaluate business and technical systems, identify inefficiencies, and help implement effective technology solutions in a 100% on-site role at Santa Fe, Mexico City. You will gather requirements, analyze data, review interfaces, and assist with testing and post-implementation support.

• Experience in systems analysis or IT solution delivery.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices and Agile/Waterfall methods.
• Proficiency with SQL, databases, and data-analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for system improvements.
• Assess existing systems and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements.
• Analyze data for quality, integrity, and reliability across platforms.
• Review system interfaces and integrations to support reliable data and process flow between platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to design technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Assist with system testing, UAT, and resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain system documentation, process-flow diagrams, and reports on findings and recommendations.
• Research new tools and practices to improve system capabilities.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist with issue resolution.
• Support security, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to implemented systems.
