Apex Group Ltd in Mexico City is seeking an Onsite End User Technology Analyst to support desktop, networking and business applications for local users. You will resolve IT requests onsite with a focus on customer service and timely resolution.

You will report to the EUT Manager and collaborate with Group IT to maintain the IT infrastructure, enable teams, and deploy new hardware for new staff. This role requires strong English communication and hands-on IT skills.

Formación

• 3 years’ experience in computer-related support or IT operations.
• Proficient with MS technologies: Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 365.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Experience documenting SOPs and process improvements.
• Good customer focus and timekeeping.
• Able to work independently with initiative.
• Experience with Windows Desktop 10/11 and basic networking.

Responsabilidades

• Onsite IT support for the Mexico office.
• Maintain the office IT infrastructure and patching.
• Support office technologies and EUC hardware onsite including laptops and desktops.
• L2/L3 support to the Service Desk for end-user technology issues.
• Support Windows 365 infrastructure and endpoints; Teams for Voice.
• Assist with video conferencing and meeting room technology.
• Deploy IT equipment to new starters and collect from leavers.
• Printer support and asset inventory management.
• Coordinate with vendors and local management on IT needs.
• Work with Group IT and communicate progress to users.
