Flex is seeking a Delivery Business Systems Analyst to join our Guadalajara team (North Campus) on-site. You will analyze complex business problems and design automated system solutions to improve efficiency, while supporting IT system development projects and maintaining reliable information systems to meet user needs.

A typical day includes resolving incidents at multiple levels, documenting resolutions, implementing permanent fixes, diagnosing data quality issues, planning preventive actions,

Formación

• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate-Advanced English language.
• 100% on-site role.
• Schedule flexibility for support is essential.
• Knowledge of SQL Server databases required.
• Development skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking and technical support.
• Basic knowledge of servers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide solutions to incidents at second and third functional and technical level.
• Record the occurrence and resolution of support incidents.
• Implement and register permanent solutions to failures in IT services.
• Diagnose quality problems of application data.
• Define, plan and implement preventive actions to avoid future incidents by the same source.
• Prioritize and resolve IT service incidents.
• Ensure the availability of floor control systems.
• Scale and escalate unresolved issues to the service provider.
• Install and update server applications that support manufacturing.
