NTT DATA, Inc. in CDMX, Mexico is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team. You will handle on-site integration of desktops, notebooks, printers and peripherals, installing, configuring and maintaining systems for our clients.

This role may include occasional remote or hybrid work where applicable. You will coordinate with clients, interpret their needs and determine who resolves issues, delivering timely, professional technical service.

Formación

• Experience in on-site field service or IT support.
• Familiarity with desktops, laptops and printers.
• Knowledge of operating systems and basic networking.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• On-site integration of desktops, notebooks, printers and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Serve as liaison with the client on administrative and technical matters.
• Interpret clients’ needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution.
