Flex Guadalajara is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support production IT services, acting as the first contact between customer and IT on-site at North Campus. The role involves logging incidents, implementing temporary fixes, and registering permanent solutions during production line failures.

A degree in Systems Engineering, intermediate-advanced English, and 100% on-site work are required. Experience with SQL Server, development, and basic networking is essential.

Formación

• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide solutions to incidents of second and third functional and technical level.
• Record occurrences and resolutions of support incidents.
• Install and update applications on servers that provide services to manufacturing.
• Diagnose quality problems of application data.
• Define, plan and implement preventive actions to avoid future incidents.
