Tential Solutions seeks an IT Business Solutions Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions on-site in Mexico City. You will gather requirements, model processes, analyze data, and support solution design and adoption across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business leaders and technical teams, driving process improvements, managing SaaS licenses, and delivering effective reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. On-site work in Santa Fe area.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience working with internal business customers or stakeholders in support, analysis, or technology delivery.
• Experience gathering and supporting product/solution requirements, launches, and post-implementation activities.
• Experience helping lead product or technology launches, retrospectives, playbooks, and iterative process improvement.
• Strong communication and facilitation with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Airtable, Tableau, Power BI, Monday.com, Miro, or Lucidchart.

Responsabilidades

• Support the rationalization and management of SaaS licenses to optimize usage and alignment with organizational needs.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and optimization opportunities, and support reports or dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
• Assist with project planning, scope, timelines, risks, status reporting, and communication of findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify implementation risks and issues, coordinate resolution across teams, and minimize disruption to business operations.
• Support training, internal communications, surveys, and feedback analysis across supported regions and business groups.
• Develop test cases, conduct UAT, validate that solutions meet business requirements, troubleshoot implementation issues with technical teams, and provide hyper-care support after launch.

Tential is seeking an IT Business Solutions Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. This role works with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze data and workflows, support solution design and implementation, and help drive successful adoption of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical resources, facilitate meetings and workshops, and ensure objectives, expectations, and decisions are clearly understood across groups.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process redesigns or optimizations that improve efficiency, reduce cost, or enhance service quality.
• Requirements & Solution Design: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather functional and technical requirements, then work with technical teams to design solutions and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
• Process & Data Modeling: Create process maps, workflows, and data models that represent business processes and system integrations.
• SaaS License Management: Support the rationalization and management of SaaS licenses to optimize usage, cost, and alignment with organizational needs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data to identify trends and optimization opportunities, and support reports or dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
• Project Support: Assist with project planning, scope, timelines, risks, status reporting, and communication of findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with internal business customers or stakeholders in a support, analysis, or technology-delivery role.
• Experience gathering and supporting product or solution requirements, launches, and post-implementation activities.
• Experience helping lead product or technology launches, retrospectives, playbook development, and iterative process improvement.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to work with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with a combination of business-analysis, work-management, service-management, visualization, or collaboration tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Airtable, Tableau, Power BI, Monday.com, Miro, or Lucidchart.
