Grupo TECMA seeks a seasoned IT Service Delivery professional to deploy, configure, and support a range of end-user computing and OT systems in a manufacturing setting. You will train users, manage mobility, and ensure secure, reliable IT operations across the plant and offices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, monitor data, and drive improvements from analysis. Fluent English, a strong customer focus, and passion for learning are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years IT service delivery experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (conversational).
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is required.

Responsabilidades

• Workforce Productivity: Deploy, configure, and support hardware OS and productivity software; train users on Office 365 and tools.
• End User Computing & Mobility: assist with mobile device setup and EUC tools.
• Smart Hands in Server Rooms: provide hands-on support, install/troubleshoot servers, VMs, and UPS systems.
• Physical Security: support visitor management, access control, and video surveillance tech.
• PC Desktop Support: remote/onsite support via BeyondTrust; manage virtual desktops, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Network Infrastructure: troubleshoot LAN/WAN, OT environments, and assist with network security operations.
• Mobile: manage on-site cellular tech and support mobile devices.
• Operational Technology: assist in connecting industrial machines to the network.
