Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of mandatory experience in the automotive industry at a similar level.
• Experience in sales operations, dealer network management, regional sales, wholesale, retail, or commercial planning.

Responsibilities

• National Sales Performance: Monitor and drive the achievement of national sales objectives across wholesale and retail channels.
• Dealer Network Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, dealer principals, and key decision-makers.
• Dealer Profitability: Analyze dealership financial and commercial performance, identify opportunities to improve profitability, and develop action plans to strengthen business sustainability across the network.
• Sales Funnel Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation and prospect management to conversion, vehicle invoicing, and retail delivery.
• Wholesale and Retail Coordination: Monitor wholesale sales performance and retail sell-out, ensuring inventory levels, sales objectives, and dealer commitments remain aligned with market demand.
