Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mexico to support high-volume recruiting across Technology, Finance, Marketing and more. You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full lifecycle, and ensure a stellar candidate experience while contributing to business growth.

You will source proactively, screen and interview, coordinate scheduling, extend offers, and maintain ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management, or related field.
• 4+ years recruiting experience or equivalent by education.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting Technology, Finance, Marketing, etc.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume needs.
• Execute sourcing via job boards, social media, career fairs.
• Identify, attract, engage qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and present qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Provide regular updates on pipelines and recruiting progress.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Facilitate pre-employment activities and onboarding docs.
• Prepare and extend job offers with compensation details.
• Maintain candidate and requisition records in ATS.
