Qualifications

• Excellent written communication in English; additional language desirable.
• Sales experience or recent college graduate seeking entry-level sales.
• Passion for Zendesk technology and quick learning of tools and processes.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and high-volume opportunities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strategic thinking and execution.
• Previous SDR/BDR or customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volumes of inbound leads and existing inquiries via Zendesk messaging and email.
• Articulate value of Zendesk solutions to prospects and guide buying decisions.
• Follow up proactively to ensure satisfactory resolution of inquiries.
• Become a product expert and relay customer feedback to Product/Revenue Ops/Advocacy.
• Engage with customers to build trust and identify when account manager involvement is needed.
• Collaborate with strategic sellers to transition complex opportunities.
• Exceed activity metrics and contribute to revenue goals.
