Job summary

Latino Legends is seeking an Engagement Specialist in Mexico City for a hybrid position. You will be the first point of contact for prospective partners, managing the full funnel from brand touch to a qualified calendar.

Expect dynamic outreach through podcasts, webinars, social posts, and direct contact. Use scripts and AI tools to drive rapid conversations, book qualified portfolio-analysis calls, and ensure data collection stays on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales development (SDR) or outbound B2B communications.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot), LinkedIn, and email automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools is highly preferred.
• Location: Mexico City-based, hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Reply to every inbound lead within one business hour.
• Execute daily engagement outreach via LinkedIn and email cadences; log interactions in HubSpot the same day.
• Follow up with webinar attendees fitting target client profile within 48 hours.
• Qualify prospects before scheduling and book qualification calls.
• Prepare briefing notes for call hosts prior to each scheduled meeting.
• Maintain total data hygiene in HubSpot and record outcomes daily.
