Teltonika seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead our Mexico City, Mexico office. You will drive business growth, accelerate sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and represent Teltonika in the Mexican market.

In this role you will own full P&L, lead a high-performing sales organization, develop and execute commercial strategies, and collaborate with headquarters to align with global goals. A strategic leader with strong financial acumen is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business operations, general management, or commercial leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of office operations, administrative systems, and business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.
• Drive sales strategy and execution in Mexico, with a focus on increasing sales volume and revenue streams.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to accelerate expansion.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales organization with clear targets, pipelines, and accountability.
• Collaborate with headquarters to align local execution with global strategy and report quarterly performance.
• Prepare client contracts in accordance with Mexican laws and regulations.
