A confidential client in Mexico is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the market's marketing strategy, brand development, and customer acquisition functions. The role will drive growth, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee campaigns, agencies, and performance metrics.

Reporting to the Board, the director will ensure alignment with global objectives, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a high-impact marketing organization focused on market expansion and commercial performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related field.
• Mexican national.
• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies and commercial growth initiatives.
• Excellent executive leadership and stakeholder management skills; strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap for Mexico.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, brand, social, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights for expansion.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization with clear KPIs.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and ROI to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product, operations, and regional teams to align with global strategy.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with financial advertising regulations.
