• Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
• Experience in partnerships and closing high-value deals.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial, sales, and operational data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Drive sales strategy and execution across Mexico with focus on volume and market share.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and key accounts.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales organization with clear targets and pipelines.
• Develop and evaluate business strategies that support long-term growth in the Mexican market.
• Provide quarterly performance reports with KPIs, pipeline health, and risks to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters to align local execution with global strategy.
• Ensure financial health of local operations through data-driven decisions.
