Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the Mexico market on-site in Ciudad de México. You will define the marketing strategy, strengthen the brand, and drive customer acquisition in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Reporting to the Board, you will build a high-performing team, manage agencies and budgets, monitor ROI, ensure regulatory compliance, and align local efforts with global objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership.
• Experience leading integrated marketing strategies across channels.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Professional English proficiency mandatory.
• Knowledge of FinTech or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Mexico market's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, public relations, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to support business expansion and customer acquisition.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization while establishing performance objectives and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, creative vendors, and strategic marketing partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, budgets, and ROI to maximize business impact.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, operations, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategies.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable financial advertising regulations and industry compliance standards.
