Confidential Client in Mexico City seeks a Director of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy, brand development, and customer acquisition for the Mexican market. This executive role reports to the Board and will oversee integrated campaigns, marketing operations, agency partnerships and leadership of the marketing team.

The successful candidate will drive growth, expand market share, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while aligning local plans with global objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics.
• Mexican national.
• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies, brand development and growth.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and growth roadmap for the Mexico market.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital marketing, brand, social media, PR, partnerships and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends and competitive insights to support expansion.
• Build, lead and mentor a high-performing marketing organization with clear KPIs.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies, media partners and strategic marketing vendors.
• Monitor marketing performance, budgets and ROI to maximize impact.
• Align with global strategies by working with executive leadership, product and regional teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with financial advertising regulations and standards.
