PER is seeking a new CEO for a leading Mexican consumer services company based in Mexico City. The role requires an accomplished, hands-on leader with a track record of managing complex organizations and coordinating multi-functional teams to deliver strategic and operational objectives.

The CEO will oversee all key functions, drive a multi-year transformation and expansion program, and ensure strong execution across sales, operations, finance, HR, legal, and IT.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive senior leadership experience at CEO/MD level in consumer services or related sectors.
• Proven track record in transforming and scaling organizations.
• Experience leading multiple business functions: operations, sales, finance, HR, legal, IT.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field.
