Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Benefits II professional in Mexico City to administer employee benefits, lifecycle activities, and compliance programs. The role focuses on NOM-035 compliance, wellness initiatives, and vendor coordination, with 2-3 days in the office.

You will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant programs, maintain records, and support audits and renewals across Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Benefits, HR Operations, Employee Services, or related HR functions.
• Experience supporting employee benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Knowledge or experience supporting Mexico HR compliance and employee wellness programs preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with employees, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the administration of Mexico employee benefits programs, including renewals and changes.
• Serves as liaison between employees, HR, and benefits vendors to support inquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinating NOM-035 compliance activities, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Partners with HR teams and external vendors to support program development and compliance.
• Supports employee wellness initiatives, including programs and vendor services.
• Supports lifecycle activities, including onboarding and leaves of absence.
• Maintains benefits records, reporting, and documentation for audits.
