PIP | HSP is seeking an HR professional to lead employee relations, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations onsite in Mexico.

You will partner with managers to address employee issues, ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws incl NOM-035, maintain HRIS records, payroll support, and drive engagement and change initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree and 4 years HR experience are required, along with conversational English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of HR experience with strong employee relations and compliance background.
• Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and NOM-035.
• Conversational English required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for employee relations, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Partner with managers and leadership to address employee issues, investigations, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
• Ensure HR compliance with Mexican labor laws, company policies, union agreements, and local regulations.
• Manage HRIS/employee records, leave administration, payroll/benefits support, and HR processes.
• Support employee engagement, retention, talent development, and organizational change initiatives.
• Partner with EHS on NOM-035 compliance.
