Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap development, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice in client discussions and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensure robust tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps and quarterly plans with data-driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, managing campaigns directly.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
