Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will manage targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client conversations. You are the strategic voice and make the calls on optimization and scaling.

You will work remotely withUS/Canada/Latin America and other international clients, focusing on paid search and social campaigns, with an emphasis on ROAS growth and client retention across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements you can walk us through
• Agency experience managing multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for client accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Drive budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; decide when to kill a campaign
• Set and present 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and explain numbers on calls
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
