Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgeting, roadmaps, and client storytelling. You provide strategic voice and make the calls on campaign direction.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS, CPA improvements, and long-term growth. This role is remote with collaboration on live client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause underperforming campaigns.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth, retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
