Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You shape targeting, budgets, and the narrative in client calls.

You’ll run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and attribution, and deliver 90-day roadmaps to drive growth and long-term partnerships with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
