Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls on targeting, budget and roadmap.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with budget allocation, testing and optimization, plus robust conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and pixels. Remote role for US/Canada/Latin America or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your client book.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
