Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist who owns paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You shape targeting, budget decisions, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

In this remote, full-time role, you will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, track results, and drive long-term client growth with a clear, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with demonstrated results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bids, targeting and testing; decide when to pause or stop a campaign.
• Track conversions and attribution with GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day/quarterly roadmaps and present results on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
