Responsibilities

• Grow local seller ecosystem and scale GMV.
• Lead local seller portfolio campaigns and subsidies with data.
• Manage day-to-day seller operations: onboarding, pricing, calendar.
• Localize playbook and turn pilots into repeatable practice.
• Coordinate with Hangzhou teams on subsidy and campaigns.
• Onboard strategic local brands to fill category gaps.
