ZF Group is seeking an eCommerce Specialist for its Aftermarket Division in Mexico, with offices in Guadalajara or CDMX. The role focuses on optimizing marketplace operations, launches, pricing, and account management.

Formación

• 5+ years in eCommerce, online marketplaces, or digital sales
• Bachelor's degree and full bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
• Experience managing Mercado Libre and marketplace tools
• Strong knowledge of listing optimization, SEO, CRO, catalog structure, and sponsored ads
• Ability to analyze sales data and build KPI dashboards
• Experience presenting analysis to stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Support and optimize customers’ eCommerce marketplace operations (pricing, listings, account health).
• Coordinate new product launches (NPI) with accurate info, assets, pricing, and SKUs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing commercial support and account management.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers; grow opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, availability, and service-related issues.
• Monitor sales, GMV, forecasts and channel trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and reduce inventory.
• Manage pricing, discounts, returns, credit notes, and resolve data discrepancies.
