The candidate should bring extensive fine-dining management experience, deep wine knowledge, and strong leadership. Sommeliers certification is a plus, and the role offers a premier Riviera Maya setting.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in fine dining restaurant management (Maître d', Floor Manager, Head Waiter).
• Strong knowledge of wines and spirits; sommeliers certification is a strong asset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to train and motivate a diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and schedule service staff including servers, hosts, and sommeliers.
• Develop and maintain wine lists, menus, and service standards with the culinary team.
