Placements24 is seeking a Jefe de Sala Premium to lead front-of-house at a renowned Mexicali restaurant. You will supervise the service team, shape guest experiences, and maintain an upscale ambiance.

The role requires 4+ years in high-end dining as Maître d' or similar, excellent etiquette, and strong leadership. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Flexible nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Maître d' or head waiter in a fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of service etiquette and restaurant operations.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience with reservation systems and POS tech.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room staff ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Create an elegant atmosphere and anticipate guest needs.
