Mondelēz Mexico is seeking a production supervisor to lead manufacturing lines, ensure on-plan production with high efficiency, quality, and safety, and manage a team of about 100 workers across rotating shifts.

The role requires Industrial/Food/Chemical Engineering, 4–5 years supervising in a high-volume environment, SAP inventory management, TPM knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Formación

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Food, Chemical) or related field.
• 4–5 years of on-floor manufacturing supervision experience, preferably in food.
• Experience leading large teams (>50 people).
• SAP inventory modules experience.
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Familiarity with production metrics: OEE, efficiency, scrap, downtime.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Willingness to rotate shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Review production plan and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and optimize resources; improve OEE.
• Coordinate line start-ups, format changes and programmed stoppages.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and food safety standards.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 100 collaborators.
• Manage payroll topics: overtime, vacation, leave, incidents.
• Use SAP for inventory control and tracking.
• Record and validate inventory movements in the system.
• Apply TPM methodology on production lines.
• Promote continuous improvement and problem-solving within the team.
