Cognizant is seeking an experienced Production Control Analyst to monitor and manage enterprise mainframe production environments. You will perform real-time z/OS console monitoring, Control-M workload management, and incident resolution across 24x7 operations.

The role requires advanced English, collaboration with multiple teams, and a hybrid work setup in Guadalajara or Mexico City. You will contribute to reliable batch processing and timely incident resolution.

Formación

• Advanced English required.
• Hybrid role located in Guadalajara or Mexico City.
• Experience supporting 24x7 production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor z/OS system consoles and operational dashboards.
• Identify, analyze, and respond to system messages, alerts, and abnormal conditions.
• Escalate issues per established procedures and manage IPL activities.
• Monitor production availability and restart/recovery of failed jobs.
• Coordinate with support teams during batch processing issues.
• Validate successful completion of critical batch cycles.
