Lululemon Athletica in Mexico is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class customer service and share top-quality product education. You will engage with guests, understand their needs, and articulate features and benefits of our ranges while upholding the brand's community and culture.

On the sales floor you will move dynamically to assist guests, perform product presentation and restocking, support buy-online-pickup and ship-from-store options, and maintain a luxury environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's country.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to move boxes up to 30 lbs and move around the store.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide product education by articulating value and features.
• Support seamless omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Restock, present products, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and operations.
