Lululemon Athletica in Tlajomulco, Mexico, is seeking an Educator to deliver world‑class guest experiences. You will engage guests, share top‑quality product education, and connect with our community and culture on the sales floor.

You will move dynamically with guests, support store operations, and uphold policies while maintaining a luxury environment. The role requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and a passion for helping guests find the right solutions.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA note ignored for Mexico).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/ pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
