Job summary

Cartier in Mexico City is seeking an Operations Coordinator to uphold Maison compliance and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced boutique environment. You will manage day-to-day processes, inventory movements, shipments, and transactional support while ensuring quality and client experience.

The role requires strong computer skills, MS Office, and SAP knowledge; English fluency is important. Weekend availability and travel may be required in support of store operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Cartier policies and operational excellence.
• Coordinate daily boutique opening/closing procedures and stock movements.
• Monitor stock levels, ship/receive items, and prevent stock losses.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows to ensure seamless client experience.
• Assist with audits and inventory counts and related reporting.
