Job summary

Cartier Mexico City boutique seeks an Operations Coordinator to uphold compliance, manage day-to-day processes, and support transactional activities, logistics, and inventory control in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will partner with client-facing teams, ensure efficient opening/closing, monitor stock movements, and help implement policies to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Candidates should have luxury retail operations experience, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and fluency

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and compliance within the boutique according to Maison policies.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee product movement in/out of the boutique, including shipments and stock movements.
• Support transactional flows (e.g., ecommerce) to ensure efficient operations and client experience.
• Assist with inventory control processes and annual inventory.
