Job summary

Cartier in Mexico is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the boutique's commercial success by upholding compliance and achieving operational excellence. You will manage day-to-day processes, assist with transactional activities, financial reporting, logistics, and inventory control, while implementing policies and procedures.

In a fast-paced environment, you will partner with boutique teams to ensure stock accuracy, efficient opening/closing, and seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.”
• Fluent English and good additional language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boutique policies and procedures are understood and followed.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Manage daily transactions and paperwork for corporate teams.
