Cartier Masaryk Boutique seeks an experienced Boutique Director to lead the team, drive commercial performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will manage operations, inventory, VM coordination, and partner with local HQ to implement annual action plans and recruit/retain high-end clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of French/Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Retail, including 5–8 years in managerial roles.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive omni-channel commercial performance to maximize sales at the Masaryk boutique.
• Develop client knowledge and clienteling programs to grow the high-end client base.
• Lead a high-performing team with inclusive leadership and structured development plans.
• Uphold Cartier brand image and ambassador role, ensuring brand standards and VM alignment.
• Oversee boutique operations, inventory management, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
