Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years experience as client advisor in retail or service industries.
• Luxury/hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals and maximize boutique performance with excellent customer care.
• Deliver an outstanding omnichannel client experience; greet, assist, and follow up with clients to build loyalty.
• Develop personal selling skills and brand knowledge through Cartier training and events.
• Maintain boutique operations, inventory, and adherence to security and brand standards.
