Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and top-tier service standards. You will develop and coach the team, monitor quality, and manage costs to support profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in F&B in a department head role and 2+ years in a luxury hotel. Spanish and English fluency, plus strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum 3 years in Food & Beverage as a department head.
• 2+ years in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Micros and Opera System.
• Knowledge of operating computer equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
• Guest centricity and understanding guest preferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance and adherence to service standards.
• Monitor and enhance service quality, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Control labor, inventory, and operating costs while supporting revenue and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
