Job summary

Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the all-day dining restaurant, delivering luxury service from breakfast to dinner and guiding the service team to elevate guest experiences.

You will manage setups, uphold brand standards, mentor staff, coordinate with culinary and bar teams, monitor quality and inventory, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a supervisory role in luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, menu knowledge, and service sequences.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a multicultural team and work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and guest-centric mindset.
• Excellent English communication (additional languages a plus).
• Proficient in POS systems and restaurant operations software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the all-day dining restaurant from breakfast to dinner.
• Lead and motivate service staff to uphold luxury standards.
• Oversee table setups, cleanliness, mise en place, and brand standards.
• Ensure guest interactions are professional, courteous, and prompt.
• Monitor service quality and guest feedback; resolve issues.
• Support Restaurant Manager with scheduling, shift planning, and briefings.
• Train and onboard new team members to maintain performance.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams for smooth service.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, minimize waste.
• Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of revenue, tips, incidents, and service performance.
