Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences seeks a Residences Manager to oversee daily operations of hotel-managed residences, ensuring personalized service to homeowners and guests while upholding brand standards.

This leadership role directs the residences team, coordinates with hotel departments, and ensures compliance, budgeting, and community events to support a seamless luxury experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in luxury hotel residences or high-end property management.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Financial awareness with budgets and reports.
• Discretion with homeowner information and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of hotel-managed residences and ensure luxury service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the residences team to meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with hotel departments for seamless resident and guest experiences.
• Manage homeowner relations, move-ins/outs, inspections and communications.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and HOA billing where applicable.
• Support residential events and community-building initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety and brand guidelines.
