Job summary

Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences is seeking a Learning Manager to design, implement, and oversee staff training programs across departments. You will identify training needs, develop curricula, deliver sessions, and evaluate outcomes to ensure exceptional guest service.

The role collaborates with department heads to align programs with hotel goals and quality standards, including onboarding, compliance, and ongoing staff development in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in training or learning and development, preferably within hospitality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Advanced English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for staff across departments.
• Assess training needs through job analysis and collaboration with department heads.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with safety and policies.
• Maintain records of trainings and certifications for audits.
