You will identify growth opportunities, optimize the customer journey, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost program performance and deliver measurable business results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in loyalty programs, customer engagement, retention, or growth marketing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
